Sambucha Kombucha is raw, organic, naturally effervescent, and handcrafted in small batches. always cultured and never pasteurized. We have stripped back the Kombucha recipe to its essence, only comprising of three ingredients. Fermented, certified organic and fair trade tea, fruit or root vegetables, and 2 grams of sugar per bottle. Each 500ml bottle is a Probiotic arsenal of organic acids and active enzymes to sustain the intestine, aid digestion, and strengthen the immune system.

Sambucha started from the kitchen of Sam and Joy in late 2018. and Sambucha named after Joys daughter Samantha, With the two having made kombucha for their family and friends for years, and because frankly, the kombucha in the UK just wasn't as good as back in the USA! Sambucha Kombucha sprung into action, serving up Sambucha to all of the local villages and vegan markets until expanding into stores and yoga studios.
